Welcome to this episode of the AIBC Eurasia Event Series recorded in Dubai by iGaming Real Talk.

In episode 33 of IGaming Real Talk, Surya Palli sits down with Amnon Liebermann, Head of Distribution Channels at Elantil. Amnon shares how the brand new modular platform was built from scratch by industry veterans, why Elantil only offers turnkey and managed services instead of traditional white label, and the biggest mistakes operators make when choosing a technical partner.

He reveals their current traction with five live operators, the strong pipeline heading into double digits by the end of 2026, their full regulatory agnostic approach, upcoming ISO and GLI certifications, and the key regulated markets they are targeting next including the Nordics, UK and North America. Amnon also explains why rushing to market in 30 minutes rarely delivers real product differentiation and what operators should focus on instead when building a standout brand.

A must-watch for anyone evaluating iGaming platforms or planning their next operator launch.

Key takeaways

  • Turnkey vs. White Label. Elantil emphasizes the value of offering exclusively turnkey and managed services to provide operators with greater control and long-term sustainability compared to traditional white label models.
  • The 30-Minute Launch Fallacy. Amnon warns that rushing a platform launch to meet short time-to-market goals often prevents operators from achieving real product differentiation.
  • Regulatory-Agnostic Strategy. The platform is built to be regulatory-agnostic, with active plans for ISO and GLI certifications to support expansion into major markets like the UK, Nordics, and North America.
  • Partner Selection Mistakes. Operators often fail by prioritizing speed over technical robustness and long-term strategic alignment when selecting a platform partner.

iGaming Real Talk is excited to share with you. We are launching a new interview series that we have recorded at AIBC Eurasia in Dubai. In two days, we have had conversations with experts, innovators, and leaders shaping the future within AI, fintech, blockchain, gaming in the region, as well as some of the hot topics like prediction markets. This series is brought to you by EvoVerse. They are experts in building custom iGaming products that actually grow organically.

This series is also brought to you by GBO. Since 2009, they have been helping iGaming businesses with company setup, licenses, banking, and software solutions. So, stay tuned and I will see you within these interviews. Hello and welcome back to iGaming Real Talk. We are here at AIBC Eurasia in Dubai, and I'm with Amnon from Alantel. We have last time interviewed Teresa from Alantel as well at ICE, and now we have the opportunity to talk to another person from the same brand.

So, I'm really excited for this. I like what they are doing in terms of bringing a new platform to the market. Platform space is really crowded. Essentially, everything is almost the same, but they have come up with a new positioning. They have also come up with some interesting things to kind of penetrate the market. So, Alantel is something that I really like. So, we're here with Amnon. So, to start off, your role is like head of distribution channels, right?

So, that means maintaining the relationship with operators and providers and partners in that sense.

  2. Amnon

I'm predominantly focusing on the commercial relationship with the operators, with commercial pipeline. But, essentially, we are a startup. So, everyone helps doing everything. Effectively, we do have a dedicated partners team and we have on board that this is one of our USPs, the integration streamlines.

  3. Surya Palli

Not a usual title that I see. It's the first time I saw in a white-label company like your title. So, that's why I was curious.

  4. Amnon

It's effectively it covers various channels of distribution, but predominantly my key focus is operators pipeline and this is as you've said, the platform market is heavily saturated. And we are a newcomer and just looking around, there are about 40 different platforms here. I saw another 200 at ICE. It takes a lot to stand out.

  5. Surya Palli

From your perspective, how did you think that you stood out during the course of last 2 years, I suppose?

  6. Amnon

The platform is brand new, so we do have a few different angles. First of all, the platform is fully modular. It's not.

  7. Surya Palli

Is it built in-house completely or?

  8. Amnon

Yes. Yes. It's all that has been. No, no, no. It's a code that has been built and written from scratch.

  9. Surya Palli

How long did it take if I may?

  10. Amnon

By the industry veterans, it took them first 12 months. Just to build the platform. Just to build to start building the foundations. We are still building it and the team, the product.

  11. Surya Palli

    It was not announced yet.

  12. Amnon

No, no, it wasn't announced. It was officially launched at ICE a year ago. However, we are still building the platform. At the same time, we are running three streams in parallel. We are building the platform, we are building the integration space suppliers and we are now working on commercial pipeline. We have already five operators live on field. At least.

  13. Surya Palli

Five operators is a great achievement. I think the five is the magic number when we are talking about the platform space because the getting the first one is the most important, right? What are the clients prospects are going to ask? They are going to ask the first question, how many clients do you have live? And who are they?

  14. Amnon

Unfortunately, we cannot name some of those. They're very big crypto names, but yes, no, no, you're absolutely right, and we have very solid pipeline coming. It's shaping up. It's safe to say that by the end of the year we'll have it sent two-digits number of operators by the end of 2026.

  15. Surya Palli

Fantastic. Congratulations on the success. And if we have to look at the regulations for a bit, what kind of markets do you operate or what kind of markets do you power operators for?

  16. Amnon

The it's one of the Alantel's USPs that we are fully agnostic to regulations. A lot of opinions of regulators, all of them are not nothing is hardcoded. Right now, we serve various dot com markets under Anjouan, Curacao, to be Canawaki. However, we are nearly done with ISO and GLI, and once we've got.

  17. Surya Palli

    Which one, sorry?

  18. Amnon

GLI. And ISO 27001 certification, and once we've accomplished both, we shall be able to support an array of regulated markets, and we are focusing on the Nordics, UK, North America, Ontario, Alberta. That would be the first one that we'll be looking at. Yes, we have also potential partners.

  19. Surya Palli

Interesting. Thanks for sharing that. When it comes to the platform space and the white labels, what do you think from your experience the biggest mistake or the trap that operators fall into because they don't understand something about the space?

  20. Amnon

First of all, it's important to say that we don't do white labels. We only do turnkey or managed services because we don't deal with licensing. That said, I think one of and I see a lot of.

  21. Surya Palli

Do custom solutions as well or only turnkey?

  22. Amnon

No, no, no, we do custom solutions as well. Like a source code. It's something that we consider for the very particular type of partners. On demand and for very specific type of partners because again, effectively we don't wish to end up with competing B2B and they have the Alantel babies. However, I think even when it comes to be turnkey or white label, sometimes people rush to the market way too hastily.

  23. Surya Palli

Fast to market is not the answer. Launching within 2 days or 30 minutes.

  24. Amnon

30 minutes? Exactly. I didn't want to say mention, but we all know what we're talking about and there I don't see much value in that approach.

  25. Surya Palli

    Launching in 30 minutes?

  26. Amnon

I mean, there's not a problem with it and if market if there is a need in market for this, there's only one way you know, the price is willingness to pay for it. So, if there is a demand for it, I'm all in favor, but you know, I've been in gaming for over 10 years. I believe that there's certain ways that you need to prepare launching something that would be would stand out solution. You cannot do it within 30 minutes.

Agreement with suppliers, agreement with the platform, even in terms of commercial setup, due diligence, payment, CRM. There's a certain package, yes, you will take solution off the shelves. How much you would stand out in the market? It's you know, it's probably it's a good way of spinning off affiliate traffic, yes. That absolutely would serve this niche. If you'd like to do some differentiation on product base, I'm not sure that 30 minutes would achieve this goal.

    Maybe I'm wrong.

  27. Surya Palli

Well, I mean, thank you for sharing and thank you for joining again and actually clarifying some things as well as sharing some things about Alantel. I think you're positioned in a very good way to kind of take portion of the market and I look forward to speaking more to discover the latest updates in the future.

  28. Amnon

We hope so. Thank you for having me.

  29. Surya Palli

    Thank you.
