This series is also brought to you by GBO. Since 2009, they have been helping iGaming businesses with company setup, licenses, banking, and software solutions. So, stay tuned and I will see you within these interviews. Hello and welcome back to iGaming Real Talk. We are here at AIBC Eurasia and we have Moshe, who is the chief AI officer at SoftConstruct Group.

So, I'm really excited to get into some of the details about SoftConstruct AI as well as the initiatives that are being planned as well as taking place. So, Moshe, welcome to the show.

  2. Moshe

Thank you, Surya, for having me. I'm looking forward for a very interesting discussion.

  3. Surya Palli

Definitely, it's great to have you here and the first thing that comes to my mind is I looked into your profile and you don't seem like you've been in the iGaming industry for a long time. Is that true?

  4. Moshe

You're right. I've been in this industry for about 2 years. Yeah. My background was in finance. I've been in banking about 10 years. And I've done AI and fintech for about.

  5. Surya Palli

Since when are you involved in AI?

  6. Moshe

It's about 10 years. I've done two startups in AI, one in fintech, one in real estate. I've failed one time. I've exited next time. And second time here. I'm trying to improve our industry to make life easier for our partners.

  7. Surya Palli

Oh, that's amazing. There is a saying that there's a lack of a little bit of innovation in our industry because we already kind of make a lot of revenue with the existing products because of the nature of the industry. Do you think that is why new talent from other industries would be helpful for the groups?

  8. Moshe

I'm sure that they are going to be helpful. And the visionaries and the leaders of industry are trying to find the right people from completely different industries and bring them to our industry and make our industry much more bigger, much more in haste.

  9. Surya Palli

I was at ICE a few weeks ago and I saw SoftConstruct AI everywhere and AI everywhere basically. We all know that the group has been active for a couple of decades, more than a couple of decades. So, could you tell us a little bit about the SoftConstruct AI and how does it benefit your customers and the end users?

  10. Moshe

Sure. It was about a year ago when the founders of SoftConstruct has decided to make AI transformation. And we have created AI center of excellence. We have tried to find the best people not in iGaming industry but in AI. And bring them to our industry. And solve problems. And I think we will succeed. Because we are currently pioneers who has really good solutions for our products.

And the thing is that we are not just building a single algorithm which can predict some behavioral patterns. But we are building intelligent systems which can reason and act. So, that's the only case when you can see the real impact. For example, let's think about a game journey. You can understand your customer's emotions in real time and suggest next best action for him.

  11. Surya Palli

    Wow. How is that possible?

  12. Moshe

    Through magic.

  13. Surya Palli

I was doing some research and I found out that in the big companies in the Silicon Valley where the OpenAI, Grok, and other AI companies are working towards, they have found that the end result of how AI is learning and acting is actually doing by itself. It's actually multiplying and moving forward by itself and the creators have no idea how it is doing so.

  14. Moshe

You are right. And that does the next big question and challenge we must think now. When we are talking about autonomous systems, we must be sure that they are explainable, they are controlled, they meet expectations of regulators and compliance. And also the users. You must create an environment where right people creating right boundaries and giving only there giving autonomy to intelligent system.

And that's the only case when you are not going to have a problems with your creations.

  15. Surya Palli

Yeah, so the regulation is important.

  16. Moshe

About our industry, it's very sensitive to be sure that there is no harm and you meet all the stakeholders' expectations. Yeah, so regulation is important not only from the internal perspective but also from the government perspective. And that's why we are trying to use AI to solve these questions as well. We are working on responsible gaming.

  17. Surya Palli

Can you give us an example on how?

  18. Moshe

For example, user starting to play, is playing more, is playing more and after 5 days, for example, algorithm says, "Hello, enough. You must stop here, take a break. Everything is good. You will continue. Just enjoy your life."

  19. Surya Palli

Cuz right now we do have human responsible gaming initiatives, but maybe it's not the same as AI, is it?

  20. Moshe

We are trying to make actually as similar as possible. And time to time, we are beating human performance. Because you know, the whole idea of responsible gaming is kind of opposite to the acquisition itself. There is one team working on the acquisition and retention and there is another team actually working on stopping it at some point, right? On the human level. So when it comes to AI, maybe the human bias is removed.

And the second thing when it comes to AI, it's try to optimize and maximize the beneficial point in this curve cuz you always have a state when you're right acquisition, your profits are going to grow a little bit slower but in the long term, you are going to get trust from your customer.

  21. Surya Palli

Absolutely, in the long term it's more sustainable if you protect the player rather than burning him out, in a way.

  22. Moshe

Cool. That's a really interesting perspective. Since we are doing real talk, if you have to mention something very real in terms of how to use AI effectively and what are you seeing in terms of the real shift in AI in iGaming, can you name a couple of things? The very first thing is the way people are thinking about AI. Because they are not trusting AI. Especially in a bit old companies. AI will take my job. AI will take my job, so I don't want to.

You must give all your team members that AI is going to help you to create 5x and AI is not going to take your job. AI is going to make you better perform better. You must have right people who are creating those boundaries about which we were talked about. Because AI in the wrong hands can do more worse.

  23. Surya Palli

    Yeah.

  24. Moshe

I absolutely agree with you. Cuz you always can have momentum boosts with AI, but in long term, it can eat your company. I think that those two are most important things to consider and care about your data.

  25. Surya Palli

Definitely, thank you for sharing. One of the other things that I have in my mind also is when we look at 2026 and beyond, what do you think are the plans for SoftConstruct AI? Are there any interesting as well as things that you can reveal that you're going to introduce through your AI initiatives?

  26. Moshe

Sure, sure, sure. Actually, SoftConstruct AI, we are not trying to implement AI for some business or for some operate across the board. We're trying to give a tool to our operators to do intelligent business. We're helping them to use their data in intelligent way to automate some decision in car, make informed decisions and run business which is based on data.

And out-of-the-box solutions which can complete all the journey started from personalization to game discovery, risk management and responsible gaming. And all this stuff we are doing by Agentech AI staff. Our mathematicians are developing the models and then we are putting all together with within autonomous system and giving to you to our operators.

  27. Surya Palli

And then I can chat and make my front end?

  28. Moshe

You can chat and make your front end.

  29. Surya Palli

Can I chat and run campaigns?

  30. Moshe

Sure. With our CRM AI you can chat and make your campaigns.

  31. Surya Palli

What accuracy is it at the moment?

  32. Moshe

Our minimum acceptable accuracy is 85%.

  33. Surya Palli

Maybe in two prompts or two three tries I can achieve a good accuracy.

  34. Moshe

Besides that we are work hard on personalization. And currently our operators have the chance to provide personalized experience for each their user. Your lobby is going to be changed for each of your users. Each of them are going to get personalized.

  35. Surya Palli

    Like Netflix for example.

  36. Moshe

Exactly. We are making Netflix for our end users.

  37. Surya Palli

One of the other things that comes to my mind is that our space is really relationship driven. The distribution is very relationship driven. Who goes on the number one, who goes on the number two, who goes on this next line is all maintained by relationships between the providers and the brands. So when we kind of.

  38. Moshe

    That's another debate.

  39. Surya Palli

This is a debate. Because when we kind of tamper that, don't you, your partners and the providers will be unhappy about?

  40. Moshe

We are proving them wrong. We are trying to prove them. In the long run, all these stakeholders benefit from our solutions cuz they're right. For example, we had cases when someone is saying you know, I want these places to put my games in long term is the best thing you can have for your customers and for your business. Because if your game is truly good then the player themselves will be happy to be there.

  41. Surya Palli

Cool, I think we are in exciting times. I'm very curious and excited to see how the product evolves as well as where the industry goes because I see that a lot of big changes are going to come something that we would probably not even imagine at this stage sitting here. This is why it's great to have you with us and thank you for sharing everything what SoftConstruct is actually doing also taking the industry forward. So thank you for joining us.

  42. Moshe

Thank you for having me. Thank you very much.

  43. Surya Palli
