iGaming Real Talk is excited to share with you we are launching a new interview series that we have recorded at AIBC Eurasia in Dubai. In two days we have had conversations with experts, innovators and leaders shaping the future within AI, fintech, blockchain, gaming in the region as well as some of the hot topics like prediction markets. This series is brought to you by EvoVerse. They are experts in building custom crypto iGaming products that actually grow organically.
This series is also brought to you by GBO. Since 2009 they have been helping iGaming businesses with company setup, licenses, banking and software solutions. So stay tuned and I will see you within these interviews. Hello and welcome back to iGaming Real Talk. We are here at AIBC Eurasia in Dubai and I have Sabrina from SiGMA but responsible for Affiliate Grand Slam. This is a brand that I have known when I was part of SiGMA back in the day.
I have known this brand as something like an affiliate retreat. Back then we used to fly 100 affiliates with all-inclusive flights and accommodation, this kind of things. So yesterday I was part of the press conference and Sabrina was explaining how they're bringing back the AGS brand and I thought it would be cool to kind of cover this and see what the new affiliate brands are going to do.
We just had Eman on a couple of hours ago talking about it as well, but who better to hear than the managing director of AGS herself.
- Sabrina
I'm happy to meet you. Thank you for inviting me.
- Surya Palli
Thank you for joining. You were correct. Affiliate Grand Slam previously was a retreat conception, but now we're changing it not a bit, we're changing it completely because this would be like 100% conference with the meaning of the exhibition hall. So basically it will be booths, it will be an exhibition area. How many booths usually?
- Sabrina
We're expecting more than 150. Yeah, so.
- Surya Palli
Big. Like and what kind of companies are going to be specifically in?
- Sabrina
Well, that's interesting actually because now this will be not specifically dedicated to one vertical, it will be specifically dedicated to all verticals. So we're speaking about.
- Surya Palli
Not only gaming.
- Sabrina
Not only gaming. So the main idea here is to build up the strong community multi-vertical. So to try to catch up everyone from each and to build it up like the international. Yeah, yeah, it's about multi.
- Surya Palli
Is this like the road for SiGMA to expand into other verticals?
- Sabrina
One way of it, I believe yes. So there is no horizons.
- Surya Palli
I mean, you know, SiGMA ventured into AI, BC, first blockchain and then AI. I was also part of those projects and SiGMA has always been looking towards going to the areas and the regions where others haven't gone. So, it seems very natural to me.
- Sabrina
Yeah, and we are speaking about also all geos. So basically even though that we are going to handle this exhibition in Rome, we are a company that will be flying from all over the world and those who are working for example with traffic and not only that. It doesn't matter tier one, tier two, tier three. So, we are welcome. We are waiting for all of them. And the main idea here is try to combine all those types of companies who are related to affiliate marketing service.
- Surya Palli
So, you're basically bringing the best part which is the acquisition. It is usually the most interesting challenge in any vertical. So, you're enabling acquisition for all these verticals so that's.
- Sabrina
Yes. We're speaking about networks, advertisers, ever each maybe affiliate tool. So, specifically the how the ecosystem was built and what we can deliver to our customers and our customers is those one who are exhibitors and visitors. So, basically the guys who are going to join us in row affiliates 100% target affiliates because we have like, you know, options how to target them, how to bring them. So, basically one will find each other.
- Surya Palli
Wow. That's very interesting.
- Sabrina
That's very interesting because like I was speaking to company which is allocated in LatAm. And they was like, "Wow, we are interesting to come." I was like, "Are you running like some traffic in Europe or what or what's going on there?" They were like, "No, no, we are interesting to come because we are building like, you know, departments. So, we are coming." I was like, "Okay, fine, good."
So, now we're going to expand the whole regions from the perspective of attendee and from the perspective of the exhibitor. So, basically it will be a combination of.
- Surya Palli
Nice. So, is it only related to Rome show or are you planning similar things in other shows?
- Sabrina
At the moment we are planning to launch Affiliate Grand Slam during the Rome show and it will be like a separated dedicated conference for the affiliates. We have our own exhibition area. So the Pavilion Hall number two is for AGS. So the concept is plus minus the same as like with AIBC. And we're going to splash it up.
- Surya Palli
The idea is nice.
- Sabrina
Yeah, that's the plan.
- Surya Palli
And for next year where are you planning to take AGS as well?
- Sabrina
At the moment Rome, but shall we see how does it work for us. Yeah, so the flagship moment for AGS will be in Rome November 2026. Then we also in Rome we're going to handle the awards.
- Surya Palli
Awards?
- Sabrina
So yes, those awards would be specifically for the small theoretical conference affiliate multi-vertical conference.
- Surya Palli
Oh, wow. That's great. So we have AIBC award, we have SiGMA awards and then we will have AGS awards. So three days we are covered.
- Sabrina
Yes, three days are covered, but the main thing here is to cover and to identify the leaders of the interest of affiliate marketing industry, but of the traditional affiliate marketing industry. So we're speaking about affiliate marketing generally and I believe this is good person done to work with it.
- Surya Palli
Oh, wow. That's quite interesting as well as not something that we have seen in the industry so far because mostly everyone stick to iGaming in general. So cool. Thank you for sharing all the details and the plans. Is there anything you want to speak about?
- Sabrina
Yeah, generally if we're speaking about awards, yeah, I'm attending a lot of different conferences and competitor conferences. So there is a lot of different cool event that we have in our market presented, but yes, there are a lot of iGaming over well and specifically not targeting for example one region and to be like worldwide I haven't seen such type dedicated. So it's a good to start to work with and as everybody knows, we are powered by SiGMA. So, we have.
- Surya Palli
Cool. And what can attendees expect? So, attendees would be mostly operators in different verticals, I guess. So that they can meet their marketing partners in a way.
- Sabrina
So, it's like a bit different from the perspective of iGaming for. So, you could speak in generally about the poll before miss marketing. So, somebody will be looking for example, media buyers or for webmasters. Affiliate firms will be looking for webmasters. The freshy freshy new guys who are running. So, it depends on the request and who is exhibiting with us and what type of company is exhibiting with what.
If we are speaking about tools, so those tools could be B2B and B2C. So, those tools can provide some options for affiliates or they can provide some options for companies who are working with affiliates. So, basically, this is like also double-sided because here we can combine B2B and B2C.
- Surya Palli
Is it free for affiliates?
- Sabrina
Yes, this will be free for affiliates. So, this is the main also thing because, you know, sometimes conference is charging a lot of for tickets for affiliates. And the guys who are like running traffic solo or they are starting something like this, so they are not able to buy a ticket for 2K or 3K. And we are free to welcome all those who are related to traffic and making a great things and they are like raising up from the beginning, started to look for something new.
So, jumping between the verticals, all those are welcome.
- Surya Palli
Is it like a competition to Affiliate World Conferences?
- Sabrina
It's very interesting story, actually, because I'm previously was building sales department for, to build up to understand how does it look like, what we need, what's the points, how to combine people, what people need, what companies need, what affiliates need. So, generally, this market is very big. And when you're operating worldwide, it doesn't mean that you need to handle contests that this, this, this, and this. It's that you can.
And it's always about like, you know, natural competitors, but we should respect each jobs and any work.
- Surya Palli
Cool. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for joining, and thank you for sharing about Affiliate Grand Slam. I'm personally also looking forward to meeting as well as enjoying this new format. So, I wish you the best, and I will see you on another show.
- Sabrina
Thank you.
